Why do you require a credit on file to reserve my appointment?

 

Having a credit card on file helps us confirm your appointment and ensures that you are committed to the scheduled time slot. This reduces the likelihood of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, allowing us to better manage our salon schedule and accommodate other clients.

My children are well behaved. Can I bring them with me to my appointment?

Although we acknowledge that your children are well-behaved, we kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing them to appointments at Cameo & Stone Salon. This is to ensure the relaxation of other guests and to prioritize the safety of both your children and our guests.

Can I bring a friend with me?

We appreciate your inquiry, however, at Cameo & Stone Salon, we are unable to accommodate additional guests due to space limitations. Our salon is designed to provide a serene and comfortable environment for individual appointments.

What color lines and products do you use?

We employ a blend of top-tier hair color brands, including L'Oreal Professionnel Color and Oligo Calura Color, ensuring exceptional results. Additionally, our retail offerings feature premium selections from L'Oreal Professional and carefully curated Redken products, providing clients with high-quality options for at-home hair care

What Extension lines do you carry  and what methods do you offer?

Our extension services encompass a variety of methods, including tape-in, I-tips, K-tips, and hand-tied extensions, utilizing renowned brand Harper Ellis Hair Extensions.

Can I bring my own products?

We appreciate your interest, but at Cameo & Stone Salon, we prioritize the safety of both our stylists and guests. For this reason, we provide high-quality products carefully selected to ensure the best results and safety standards. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate the use of outside products during appointments.
